Chloe's Private Home Care was founded with a heartfelt mission to provide exceptional, personalized care to our community in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. My name is Chloe, and I started this journey with a passion for helping others and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their own homes. With years of experience in the healthcare field, I am working to assemble a team of compassionate and skilled professionals who share my vision. We specialize in Personal Care, Companionship, and Respite Care. Our commitment to our clients is unwavering, and we strive to build trusting relationships that go beyond basic care, making every interaction meaningful and supportive. At Chloe's Private Home Care, we are not just caregivers; we are friends, companions, and extended family.

I started my career back in the 12th Grade (2020) when I volunteered with Andrews of Charlottetown and discovered my passion for senior care. Following highschool, I started working as a Nursing Caregiver at Andrews of Stratford and worked there for 2 1 1/2 years while taking the RCW Program at Holland College in 2021. When I graduated from the program in 2023, I started at Beach Grove Home on the Alzheimer's unit! Senior care has always been a passion of mine since a young age and I'm excited for this journey in my life to take on my own individual clients!
